Reviews for Hoover F5835-900 SteamVac Supreme Steam Vacuum Cleaner - Refurbished (Kitchen) I owned a special hoover previous to this one and that seemed to work pretty well with probably the most similar design flaws. But because it smoothed smartly I lived with these flaws except it died. I offered this assuming they would have enhanced on the product. Big mistake!!!
Here is an inventory of factors which are incorrect with this steamvac:
1. Very quick electrical twine. I even have to stop and plug the unit into some different outlet to get one room easyed.
2. There are separate water chambers for smooth/dirty water (a plus) however the soiled chamber fills up faster than the clean one empties. This is a minor problem you could reside with however to empty the dirty one you must lay the unit flat with water in the easy chamber, in fact getting water everywhere.
3. emptying either water chamber is a mess!
4. When you may be performed using the unit and shut it off, even if each water chambers are empty, water leaks everywhere in the floor. It is easy water but still some other mess to smooth up.
5. The space where the suction is (see via space on the front) it hooked up to the base and really difficult to do away with with a screwdriver to scrub. Hence I can SEE the entire canine hair build up and interfering with the suction of the unit, I simply cannot clean it out.
6. The process to modify to the stair and upholstry cleaner is cumbersome. once extra it's a should to lay the unit flat take out the dirty water chamber and change a bit (and heaven forbid don't lose the piece you took out because the unit won't work at all!) and attach the hose in 2 places.
7. The scrubbing hand instrument does not work! So much for cleaning upholstry. The other attachment works minimally, spraying a feeble strive at water. Forget easying thirteen stairs!
