I truly have had it fastened thrice (in less than three yrs) and probably spent more trying to restore it than I did on the vacuum. Hair gets wrapped around the backside and we're continuously having to take it apart to get it off. Even then it would not work as it should be. The front duvet also falls off at all times because it does not snap on correctly, and the suction is awful. Do NOT buy this vacuum.

I've had it for a month now, have cleaned a couple of homes and had been more than pleased with it's performance as it is a tricky, energyful vacuum. My handiest beef with it's the energy wire, it can be made of a softer subject matter than different vac power cords, consequently it doesn't take much to position a nick into the wire.
