CONS: Haven't found any yet (that bother me)... I guess there are two things I even have learn: 1. some folks will dislike is that it's a massive yellow monster, so it would not have the model cachet of a Dyson and even Hoover. But it is a vacuum cleaner, so I quickly received over that. 2. There are folks who complain it does no lengthyer work on hardwood floors, which mystifies me - I don't run a vacuum on hardwood - I use a Swiffer, stick broom, or good old school broom. If you've receivedten largely hardwood or vinyl floors, this might not be for you (see the terrible reviews). Honestly, I would NEVER run a heavy vacuum cleaner on a beautiful hardwood floor. Maybe that's just me.
